In3 BioRenewables has directly invested in early stage companies, helped craft winning investment proposals, attracted key management, partners, and Board members, completed strategic and business planning projects, formed industry alliances and strategic partnerships, organized and led successful culture change initiatives, identified and implemented sustainability best practices (often adding significant savings to multiple bottom lines), implemented productivity pay-for-performance ("gain sharing") programs using Balanced Scorecard, and guided teams to capitalize on green branding and marketing opportunities.
